Sarina joined Big Change in 2018 and focusses on cultivating a vibrant and supportive workplace for great work to flourish. Thriving on the challenge of complex projects, Sarina utilises her organisational and people skills as well as leveraging her experience in design, customer experience, production and events.
Her previous experience spans a wide range of unique projects and events in the BVI, Kenya, Switzerland and the US.
When not at work Sarina likes to be creative, is a shy but enthusiastic choir-goer, and can often be found flinging herself in the nearest body of swimmable water.
