Noah joined Big Change as our second ever employee in 2013 and has been a central figure in our journey since. Having held several different roles in that time, including Community Director, Acting-CEO and Managing Director, at the end of 2021 Noah stepped out of a full time role into a part-time advisory role, with a specific focus on Strive, and supporting the Development and Leadership team in their roles. Noah still remains hugely committed to Big Change and Strive, and just in case anyone would ever doubt that, he even has a tattoo to prove it!
