Beth focuses on ensuring our systems, processes and internal cogs are working smoothly. She thrives on the challenge of looking for continuous improvement to keep her friends at work happy and well-supported.
She brings many years of organisational experience, originally within event management for world-renowned places such as the Royal Academy of Arts and Westminster Abbey. Additionally, Beth has developed strong negotiation, change and project management, and relationship building skills in roles with SMEs, and most recently in expanding outdoor entertainment business for Raymond Gubbay Ltd (Sony Music).
When not at work, Beth is mum to two energetic inquisitive girls, enjoys lots of chocolate, thankfully also running, Pilates and a good book!
