Before founding Voluntas, he spent several years in the top management of the Danske Bank group and the executive committee of Vestas Wind Systems. As the Vice Chairman of JOE & THE JUICE, one of the fastest growing retail concepts in the world, he holds numerous board positions in international companies and organisations and has also authored four books.
