Community Strategist, Rapper and Youth Worker, Jaden Osei-Bonsu uses his lived experience, hailing from South London, to create more cohesion between under-represented communities, funders, and the music industry. Co-founder of ‘The Silhouettes Project‘ and Director of community label ‘Root 73‘, Jaden has received national recognition for his work in elevating a more socially driven music culture. Having also worked for the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Leap Confronting Conflict & Reaching Higher, Jaden’s passions lie in elevating under-represented communities and now works for The Centre for Knowledge Equity in bridging the gap between funders and grassroot organisations.
