Alison has spent her entire career working within and for the teaching profession. She has worked in secondary and primary schools and has worked as an advisor. She has spent many years researching Learning without Limits seeking to teach without labelling by ‘ability’. She has joined Big Change as a trustee to continue supporting innovation and initiatives that truly seek to make a difference to children’s lives.
