Hannah is our Director of Development, bringing together our different areas of work to attract funding from different sources and to inspire collaboration between funders. She’s passionate about transforming education and re-thinking the way we channel resources to bring about the change that needs to happen so that all young people can thrive in life. Her professional background started as an ‘accidental fundraiser’ but her fundraising journey has been hugely varied and rewarding – from building business partnerships to tackle climate change, securing investment for a venture philanthropy model, through to her last role working for the frontline organisation ThinkForward, where she helped establish their award winning coaching programmes and expanded their reach. She is now at Big Change for what feels like the perfect next step in her journey.
