Anne-Marie manages relationships with our pioneer project partners, working with them from assessment of their ideas through to impact management. Her role focuses on gathering learning from pioneers to grow insights and enrich knowledge within Big Change and in the wider community, developing evidence for transformational change. Anne-Marie has a background in grant-making, fostering partnerships with organisations focused on developing and improving youth voice, and has developed grant making systems to manage the operations of charities and foundations. When she’s not at work, she can be found outdoors doing something active, or in the kitchen trying out new recipes and cooking up a feast!
