Richard has been involved in transforming and building a range of highly successful marketing and branding consultancies, and has provided strategic counsel to world leading brands for some 25 years. Most recently Richard launched Founded in 2012 through which he won the MAA’s Breakthrough Agency of the Year. Before setting up Founded, Richard was part owner and COO at Gyro, a worldwide agency that he helped grow from 6 to 900 people in 17 countries. Richard lives in Surrey with his wife, Amanda, and two daughters. He loves Elvis.
