Action for Happiness is a movement for positive social change – and to create a happier society for everyone. And who doesn’t want that? We certainly do.
They have created a simple list of 10 actions you can take to improve your own happiness and wellbeing. They cover both the way you relate to the world around you and also how you relate to yourself – your attitude to life.
This is a great checklist to see what you are already doing, and what you can do more of to put a bit more of a spring in your step. And it’s catching – if you start feeling happier and engaging with life more positively just notice how it impacts those around you.
